What changes did Ecomail see this spring? The most significant new features are in the email template editor, reports and segmentation. Let's take a look at what's new.

New Conversion section

Emailing is one of the most important sources of orders for many e‑shops. That's why we've added a new Conversion section directly to the campaign report, where you can find detailed statistics about orders.

After sending a campaign, you can see the traffic it brought to your website, the number of conversions, conversion rate, total sales, and the value of an average order.

In addition, it is possible to track for specific contacts exactly what they purchased on the e‑shop and in what value.

Improvements in the template editor

The quality and functionality of our template editor is very important to us. We follow the latest trends and technologies, and listen to your requirements.

That's why we've added the following improvements to the editor to make your work even easier:

1. Rename templates directly in the editor.

2. Preview of merge tags, which allows you to see the text that will be written instead of the merge tag right in the editor. You need to provide test data, such as a name for addressing.

3. Email variations for even easier content personalization. You can now create different newsletter layouts without using merge tag conditionals. You can easily prepare different email variants, for example, for first name or gender.

4. Chat AI can help you come up with creative text in your tone of communication, for example, for a product description. You can then simply copy the text directly from the chat into the template, and you're done.

Excluding segments

If you are segmenting your database, you will appreciate the Exclude from Segment feature. It allows you to create an opposite segment of contacts from the already set audience in one click.

For example, if you need to create a segment of active and inactive contacts, there is no need to create conditions for both segments separately. To create inactive contacts, you only duplicate an existing segment of contacts, which you then exclude, and only contacts that do not meet the conditions and are therefore inactive are displayed.

Are you using Shoper for your e‑commerce solution? Connect it to Ecomail and automatically and in real‑time sync customers and orders.

Quick news overview

1. Custom currency in the Account Management section

Are you expanding abroad? In Ecomail, you can now select a currency other than the one predefined by the application (CZK, €, $) in the Account Management section. You can set your own currency using its symbol ‑ for example PLN.

2. Filtering reports based on time period

You can now filter campaign reports by the time and date they were sent.

3. New sections

The entire application is undergoing a continuous redesign. This time, the Search in Contacts, Campaigns, and Automation, and the entire More section has been transformed.

4. API Delete Bulk Transactions

The API now includes a new method to allow bulk deletion of orders. For more information, see the documentation.
