We have to check everything honestly before we hand over the certificate to you. We will reach out to your clients to see how satisfied they are with your work and determine what level of certification you can obtain.

Let's arrange an online meeting

Once we have the reviews back from your clients and have reviewed your emailing, we will set up a time to meet and complete the certification.

Obtaining the certification

We will set up a call where you will take a short test to test your knowledge. Upon successful completion, your emailing consultation will take place and the certificate is yours 🥳

Clear rules for everyone

The certificate is granted for two years. After two years, we will verify that you still meet all the necessary conditions required by the certification.

Ecomail reserves the right to make a subjective assessment of the partner and possibly not to grant the certificate, even if all other conditions of certification are met.

We reserve the right to remove your certification if your services no longer meet the set rules of this program.
