EMA (Ecomail Marketing Agent) is an AI assistant built directly into your account. From natural‑language instructions it creates campaign drafts (email and SMS), templates based on your Brand Kit and automations including triggers and conditions, aggregates performance metrics and generates dashboards. It also includes an autonomous mode, EMA check, which evaluates deliverability and campaign performance at a set interval and sends recommendations.

Campaign generation ‑ creates a campaign draft from your prompt (suggested subject, body, recipient segment). Supports email and SMS campaigns. The output is saved as a draft.
Templates ‑ generates a template using the colors, logo and font from your account's Brand Kit.
Automations ‑ builds an automation flow including triggers and conditions (e.g. abandoned cart, welcome sequence).
Account analysis ‑ aggregates metrics (open rate, click rate, database health) and returns a summary with recommendations.
Dashboards ‑ generates a visualization over your account data from a query; can be pinned to the main overview.
EMA check (autonomous mode) ‑ at a set interval (daily/weekly) it evaluates deliverability and campaign performance and sends recommendations by email.
Access ‑ EMA AI icon in the navigation bar, available on all plans.
Confirmation ‑ EMA generates drafts; sending happens only after user confirmation (human‑in-the-loop).
